I have 3 herniations dds w/ sciatica and already had 2 back surgeries. it was going well for 1 yr but the neuropathy has returned and in 3 of my toes rt foot for 1st time ever. feels like walking on hot broken glass. what can i do? no insurance now

Neuropathy: I'm not sure whether your symptoms are due to a radiculopathy from a herniated disc fragment or whether there is a peripheral neuropathy that's responsible. Without insurance you're not likely to want to pay for an MRI or EMG. Gabapentin may be worth trying empirically for symptom relief.
