Always a chance: If there is an intact conduit (fallopian tube), production of egg, and a viable uterine lining, there is always a chance of pregnancy. However, in this setting, the chance has been impaired by all the factors you report. If you have difficulty getting pregnant, i would suggest seeing a fertility doctor, such as a reproductive endocrinologist.
