Unusual: If the floaters are due to blood in the vitreous, it may require an operation to clear. I would address this question to your retinal specialist. If you have not seen a retinal specialist, you need to do so soon.

Floaters gone by?: First, it is unlikely that the retinal macroaneurysm is directly related to the floaters unless there was bleeding. Assuming this is the case, the floaters will go away in most cases within months. Some persist and become a nuisance. It is a good idea to have a retinal specialist take a look at them. Sometimes a vitrectomy is appropriate. Good luck.

Get 2nd opinion!: A retinal macroaneurism would be extremely unusual in a 22 year old. It is a condition usually seen in folks past middle age, and often with high blood pressure. In a 22 year old, there are other conditions far more likely, though rare, that look similar to a retinal macroaneurism. The treatments are not the same.
