Luvox (fluvoxamine): Luvox (fluvoxamine) is specifically indicated for ocd. It works like a charm, and could extend over to improving sleep, interests, guilty feelings, energy level, concentration, appetite, and all of your mood issues including recurrent thoughts and intrusive compulsions. Talk to your fp about getting a prescription.

See your doctor: See your doctor for a proper evaluation. You can start with a primary care physician/pediatrician who may or may not refer you to a psychiatrist if necessary. There are many options for treatment.
