Not worried: Mucin production by the bladder accounts for larger bubbles. Extreme proteinuria or bilirubinuria will produce unusual foam and your physician can check for these on your next office visit but if you have no symptoms, i'd ignore the foam.

Protein: Small amounts of protein in urine make it foam a little. A small amount of foam is normal. If it foams like cappuccino see your doc.
