Control versus drops: You note drops of urine after you urinate and are concerned about incontinence. It is unlikely that you are incontinent. You have a small amount after urination. This may represent the amount of urine in your urethra. Incontinence usually refers to patients who cannot hold in the urine and it leaks out when they cough or laugh ... Try being patient after urinating and don't rush.
