Difficult question: Many causes for clalf pain at your age. Suggestions: adequate hydration of 1 quart/day of water, leg exercises to strengthen calves, stretching. Need more information and exam if it persists to exclude more serious issues, but uinder age 40 that is less likley in both legs.

Morning stretch : It is possible that you have some shortening of the achilles' tendon that gets worse overnight. Walking stretches the tendon/muscle and may cause pain. Do calf stretches when you wake up and see if that solves the problem. Otherwise consult with a physiatrist or sports medicine physician.
