Any number of things: It could be as simple as a yeast infection, or chafing from your pants, all the way up to an std; without an exam, it is impossible to give an adequate educated guess. See your doctor.

Need more info: Many things possible. Need a full history and an exam to diagnose and the best thing you could do is to see a gynecologist. Hope this proves to be very simple and easily treated.
