What causes a swollen labia, and yellowish-brown discharge after sex?

Difficult to say: Timing of these finding in relation to when sex happened can be important. Brown discharge can often be old blood, which can happen with even mild pressure or touching of cervix. If these findings persist more than a few days, see your doctor for an exam.

Possible infection: Like herpes, bacterial std or non std, allergic reaction, you need to see your gyn for an evaluation and clutures and blood work can be done.
