Get punched in face?: No, don't do that! i'm just getting punchy late at night. I'm afraid there's no way to adjust or reduce nose size w/o surgery although if you're describing rhinophyma, non-surgical laser might be used (http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/rhinophyma). But if you're talking about typical cosmetic purposes consistent w/ethnicity etc, i'm afraid surgery is only option.
