What kind of food should i eat when having chickenpox?

Whatever you want: In spite of "pop" and internet fringe sites, diet has little or no known impact on the vast majority of diseases. Life's too complicated already without non-evidence-based diet advice. Eat what you ordinarily would eat. I'm sorry you got the chickenpox == because you're sick, i won't even bug you for now about "healthy eating!" wishing you a speedy recovery.

Oral/ lip blisters: If lesions are effecting mouth/lips avoid particularly salty or spicy foods. Hydrate well with water. Sugar free gelatins and popsicles can be gentle on the mouth – where as hard foods may be rougher on blisters.
