How is chickenpox transmitted?

Chickenpox: It takes between 10 and 21 days after contact with an infected person for someone to develop chickenpox (this is known as the chickenpox incubation period). While this is the complete range for the chickenpox incubation period, the usual chickenpox incubation period averages between 14 and 16 days.
