Rare: While there have been a few cases of reacquiring Ch. pox , most of the time once you have a good bout of Ch pox, it is almost impossible to get them again over the next 30 years

No: If you have had natural chickenpox disease, you should not get this illness again. I am assuming you have a normal immune system on this one. Any of us who have had chicken pox in the past may get a reactivation of the virus in the form of "shingles" http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/shingles/shingles-topic-overview
