I accidentally took twice the prescribed dose of biaxin (clarithromycin) 500mg for the past 3 days. what side effects should i be concerned about? i have bronchitis.

GI upset: You can expect some nausea, queasiness, loose stool, abdominal cramping. Ou may feel a bit weak and lightheaded if you develop a lot of diarrhea. Drink some gatorade and get back on the prescribed dosing.
