I have been taking clarithromycin, predinisone , cheratussin ad syrup, and claritin (loratadine) for strep throat, bronchitis , and a sinus infection. now that i am feeling better i have this dry cough that worsen at night. should i be worried ?

Not specificly: Of the things you list, the sinus infection can produce postnasal drainage & night cough & the bronchitis can produce a lingering cough that may last weeks. If you are starting to feel better you are on the right track.
