Go see your doctor: Twynsta (amlodipine and telmisartan) is a combination of amlodipine & telmisartan (http://www.Drugs.Com/twynsta.Html). Measure your blood pressure at home. Then bring it in to your doctor's office for calibration so that s/he can properly interpret your home readings. If your blood pressure is high only in the office, you might have white coat hypertension, but if it's high at home, you might need stronger dose say 80/10.
