Slow down!: This is excessive weight loss in two weeks, i suspect you are getting less than 1500 calories. Shoot for 3# weight loss/week maximum. Increase your daily protein and complex carbs. Try small, frequent meals and drink lots of, water. Think "marathon", not "100-yard dash". Good luck!
