No: Although we know that changes of hormones are associated with changes of allergic sensitivities, these are highly variable among women. For example, in pregnant women with allergic rhinitis, we know that about one third of them will see their allergies get worse during pregnancy, a third will stay the same, and a third will get better. There are no recommendations about which hormones to avoid, etc.
