I have severe chest pains, runny nose, nasal congestion, and its hard to breathe

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is... time to...: See a doctor. Chest tightness, chest pain, and shortness of breath can be due to minor problems or to very serious ones. An ER doctor can check to see what might be going on. Sometimes, tests and chest xrays will be done. Possible causes include pneumonia, partial pneumothorax (collapsed lung), asthma flare-up, heart problems, stomach reflux, etc... One should not wait around with such symptoms.
