Low: I would say there is a very low likelihood of pancreatic cancer in your case. Sounds like your doctor has been doing a good work up.

Very unlikely: Pancreatic cancer is very uncommon in your age group. Ct is an excellent test to detect pancreatic cancer if performed with IV contrast. A normal ct essentially excludes the possibility of cancer.
