Low: I would say there is a very low likelihood of pancreatic cancer in your case. Sounds like your doctor has been doing a good work up.

Very unlikely: Pancreatic cancer is very uncommon in your age group. Ct is an excellent test to detect pancreatic cancer if performed with IV contrast. A normal ct essentially excludes the possibility of cancer.

Does it stand to reason that floating stool in the absence of fat malabsorption(normal CT scan and 72hr fat test isn't be caused by pancreatic cancer?
If floating stools were caused by pancreatic cancer, would they look obviously abnormal? Stool is brown, soft & formed but occ. Floats. Ct scan normal
