Dry eyes!: Sounds like you have dry eyes. Use artificial tears (consider preservative free) and oral omega-3's to make them more moist. Use the tear drops one drop 3-4 times a day, every day. If no improvement, then see your eye md for full diagnosis and treatment plans.

Dry Eye: Artificial tears are an easy and readilly available treatment for dry eyes. However, other local processes such as blepharitis and rosacea may present similarly. Systemic problems such as autoimmune disease can also cause symptoms of dry eye. In rare cases corneal abrasions and scarring can occur if not treated fully. Only an devaluation by an ophthalmologist will help distingush the cause.

Tired Eye: Dry eye is common. Trick is to rejuvenate tear film (has 3parts) apply heat to eyelids without burning your skin (hot towel in hot water; avoid pushing on eye); re-heating when towel gets cold (like hot towel push ups), it will open the meibomian gland and use artificial tears 4x/day. See eyemd otherwise. Good luck; see my blog for full instructions: step ladder approach for dry eye.
