Exercise and proper : The only way to build muscle mass is to exercise daily especailly resistence exercises such as weight lifting. Along with exercise eat generous amounts of proteins which can be found in fish, eggs, low fat dairy, soy products and nuts. Avoid animal fats and use only lean meat if any.
