Usually not: However, they can be sign of cardiac irritability which can lead to more serious arrhythmias. This could theoretically lead to a cardiac arrest, but again the risk is low.

Yes: If a PVC hits in the wrong area of rhythym ventricular tachycardia or fibrillation can be induced. It is an infrequent occurrence but is possible.
