Yes: At lower dose, see dr howard hendricks paper on adipex.Asbp web page has the paper. I have not found a BP problem with low dose of adipex..Short answer is yes!

Aciphex (rabeprazole)?: If you mean Aciphex (rabeprazole) which is for the stomach acids with vasotec for blood pressure, then yes. There is no interacation.
