A few simple suggestions include: eating smaller more frequent meals, reduce greasy or fried foods, limit milk products, and reduce high fiber foods such as seeds, nuts and popcorn. Depends: Usually doesn't matter with regards to progression or resolution of crohns disease, unless he has an active fistula or high grade small bowel obstruction. With active crohns disease it's important he sees a gastroenterologist on a regular bases.
