My husbands got chrons disease. lately his stool had a strong smell of ammonia. why is that?

Curious: This could be due to a fistula between the bowel and bladder allowing urine to pass in to the stools. This is a surgical problem. Rarely liver disease can cade this. Time to see the doctor!
