Citalopram or sertraline?

SSRI's: They are both ssri's. I have found both effective when treating patients. Either are good options for conditions like post traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, major depression etc. Take care.

Sertraline: I would not make any changes to your dosage without first discussing this with the prescribing medical provider.
