A few possibilities: Sclerotherapy works very well for treating hand veins. They can also be treated by a simple minor operation called phlebectomy. They can also be treated by injecting dermal fillers to fill up the skin around the veins and hide the veins that way. This is the least permanent of the three but it doesn't actually touch your veins.Prevention isn't possible as age makes visible hand veins inevitable.

Eradicate hand veins: Prominent hand veins on the top of the hand are a common problem . I prefer sclerotherapy for the smaller veins and , if the vein is large enough to accept a laser fiber, then i perform laser ablation of the vein just as we would do for the saphenous vein in the leg. This procedure has minimum discomfort, minimum bruising, no downtime and excellent cosmetic results.
