With pancreatic cancer how quickly will i go from healthy to really sick?

Depends on the size : And location in the pancreas and extent of the disease and what treatment is available and undertaken. Can be anywhere from a few months to a few years. Unfortunately survival is not anything to write home about. Please discuss with a surgical oncologist as well as a medical oncologist.
