Not really: Chest pain for three days does not mean it may be lung cancer.Go get it checked by your doctoe asap, as there are many causes of chest pain in your age group.

I doubt it: Lung cancer is always worrisome. I would not jump to conclusions. If you smoke, your chances of cancer are greater than those who do not. If you do not smoke, then the pain can have many different causes. If worried get cxr. Lung cancer does not cause pain and even end stage people rarely complain of pain, rather sob or hematemesis. You could have simply strained the chest muscles. Fear not.
