My 4 month old son has an opacity in his right lung. what does that mean?

Opacity= difficult : To see through.This could represent a collection of thickened lung tissue secondary to under inflation (not breathing deep) or pneumonia, or several blood vessels & ribs overlying one another. The description must take into account why the x-ray was obtained & the other factors of the interpretation.
