What is this mean? there are hazed densities with calcific opacity in the left upper lung?

It means there something in your upper left lung field x-ray appear hazey and looks like may contain calcium which means they have been there for awhile. I cannot comment further with out seeing the X-rays myself (I am from Missouri) and talking to you. I would ask where you were born, do you spelunk or have you cleaned chicken/bat houses or ever been exposed to TBC or had prior pneumonia?
