Cheek bite: Lot of times people may bite their cheek if they have teeth that have poor allignment. Once you bite ur cheek, there is swelling ove t he area and chances are you will accidentally bite over it again. Nothing happens, long term, but if it happens frequently see ur doctor and a dentist/orthodontist if it is from poor allignment of teeth. Listerine or salt h2o gargles help heal faster.

Cheek biting: Repetitive irritation can cause scarring, cancer, muscle damage, etc. See your Dentist. Orthodontic treatment may be required if you have a bad bite. If it's a pernicious habit a mental health practitioner's expertise may be required.
