Not Recommended: If you have hypoplastic left heart syndrome & you smoke weed you are reckless. Carboxyhemoglobin concentrations are 5 times higher with cannabis than with tobacco. Prolonged use of cannabis can lead to airway inflammation, wheezing & increases in sputum production. The heart & the respiratory system both need to work well for good oxygenation of the body.

HLHS?: Do you have hypoplastic left heart syndrome? If so, marijuana would not be advisable. Your lungs are too important with that heart disease to smoke ... Anything.
