Yes: It would be hard to say what is going on with you but your symptoms are very significant and you should see your pcp or gyn very soon and get this checked out. I would not wait.

Postmenopausal: A closed cervix (stenosis) can cause pressure until the old blood pushes its way through. Old blood is brown. If the brown stuff or pressure recurs do need to see doc.
