Green=fast: Green stools could mean your food is traveling thru your GI tract faster than usual. It might be time to visit your dr and have a blood test to monitor your antibodies for celiac. If they are elevated from last test, this could mean, your diet has some gluten in it, that might be affecting the transit of your stool. Also check your weight, and stool for fat.

Likely unrelated: The stool color is provided by the bile from the liver that is adds to fecal debris. It starts out a deep green & slowly changes thru greens to yellows to browns as the germs in the intestines metabolize the bile.Green generally means the stool in question moved through faster or was subject to less change by gut germs.
