Neck and Neuro: Depends upon your neurological problem as to which doc to see. Physiatrists (pm&r specialists) can often deal with this mixed bag very nicely. Provide therapy, pain management, address spasm/contractures, bracing, etc. Neurologists may also help from the standpoint of nonsurgical care. An ortho spine or neurosurgical specialist should be seen if neck surgery is contemplated.
