A member asked:

I've had months of severe neck pain with neurological problems, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several options: First, see a spine specialist. There are physiatrists, who are M.D.'s that don't do surgery but manage non-operative care(start there) and there are spine surgeons. You will have 3 or 4 options. Medications and injections, physical medicine (chiro's, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc.) and surgery. The neurological problems suggest that surgery may be needed.
