Not spine problem: This does not sound like primary back problem but rather a referred pain to your back. Typically back problem do not cause nausea. Possible GI problems such as peptic ulcer disease or similar things may be the cause.

Maybe GI tract: You must see a family dr. And have the condition evaluated. This could be coming from the gastrointestinal tract including gallbladder disease. Also think over whether it was precipitated by trauma leading to nerve irrttation associated muscle spasms.
