Hi when im in any place with loud sounds after 30 min all of a suddenn i feel dizzy and weak/nausea is this a serios problem ?

MIGRAINE: You may have a migraine equivalent as a cause of episodic vertigo triggered by sustained loud noise. I would recommend consulting ENT for an audiogram and vestibular testing and if all normal as i suspect it will be, consult neurologist for migraine evaluation.
