Yes: By the nature of chordomas being involved in the spinal cord or canal, they are capable of pushing in nerve roots and even spinal cord both of which can cause severe pain or weakness. There are other causes of such pain, but chordomas can cause it as well. Should check with your neurosurgeon or neurologist.
