Tumor Growth: Non cancerous tumors of the frontal lobe will usually take years to get to 13 centimeters.

Depends on tumor : The questions seems to be if you had a 13 cm tumor removed, how long has it been present? That would depend on the type of tumor. Non-cancerous tumors tend to grow at a slower rate than malignant ones. However, there is variation in the growth of these benign tumors that may range from months to years.
