Possible migraines.: I am assuming your bf is about your age. Migraine headaches can manifest with pain anywhere in the head or neck. My rule of thumb is that if it is bad enough to catch your attention, and make you stop what you're doing, and if it comes and goes, it is a migrainous phenomena. Migraines are commonly accompanied by dizziness. In fact, migraine sufferers are more prone to seasickness and carsickness i would haven't see a neurologist if you're concerned, but i thought that it's anything serious at his age.
