Some data: Less than 5 years if asymptomatic less than 1 year once symptoms. If you have no other terminal illness or critical risk factors see a vascular surgeon and get fixed.

Moderate to severe: Enlargement ...Very unusual in someone your age. Recommend evaluation with a cardiologist or cardio thoracic surgeon as risk of rupture increases with increase in size. Don't delay as you may need surgery.
