Are you sure?: It may not be acne but instead be herpes simplex i - most people have that version of the virus living in them and get what are referred to a cold sores around their mouth - pimples generally are not in that loaction. You may want to see your md or dentist to confirm what you have & they should be able to direct you on how to clear things up or gives meds to treat them.
