Many symptoms: Symptoms of ibs (irritable bowel syndrome) include diarrhea, constipation, alternating diarrhea and constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, flatus (gas), and abdominal cramping. See your doctor if you have persistent ibs symptoms as there are some good treatments available. Additionally, see your doctor if you notice any fever, severe pain, blood or black, tar-like stool.

Diarheea: Diarheea, constipation, abdominal cramps are the main symptoms of ibs. It s a exlusion diagnosys, meaning if you can't find any other causes for these symptoms you are probably dealing with ibs.
