Pain, diarrhea: The most common symptoms of ibs include diffuse crampy abdominal pain, and constipation or diarrhea or both. There are certain varieties of ibs that can either be pain predominant, contipation predominant, or diarrhea predominant. However, it can certainly be a mix of all these symptoms.
