See surgeon: A general surgeon or dermatologist can excise the cysts so that they do not recurrently become inflamed. Squeezing them might increase the possibility of infection. Warm compresses can bring any infection to the surface and draining.

Oil secreted glands: Oil secreted by sebaceous glands is the cause of cysts behind the ear lobes. And if these get infected they start smelling. When cysts are small you can try home trestment.Placd a heating pad on the directly on the cyst or you can melt the wax and drop it directly on the cyst and it will melt the cyst .If the cyst is big it will need surgical excision.Never try to pop the cysts and do not apply oil.
