You are ok: Your medication should be used 12 hours before your waking hour. Therefore if you sleep in on the week ends, and stay up later, it is ok to put your drops in later in the evening. Just do not put them in at bed time. You should use them a good half hour before going to bed.

Yes: As long as you take the drop at around the same time on most days, it's ok. 2-3 hours later on a few days isn't going to make much difference. Just make sure you don't take a shower or put any other drops in your eyes for at least 10 minutes afterward. You should also consider taking the drop just before you go to bed, which is the usual regimen (at least for prostaglandin analogs).
