Sure: Depends on your symptoms. If your having pain in ur hip region then maybe another form of exercise may be performed other than jogging such as biking or swimming. If your not really having pain then i would continue but make some adjustments such as softer road surfaces and good shoes. But it really depends on the severity.

Be cautious: You can if the pain is not a deterrent. However, jogging can accelerate the osteoarthritis process. I would suggest non- weight bearing aerobic activity such as cycling or swimming instead.
